What Is Your White Glove Service
White glove service means our smooth operators will wear white gloves for your
frozen drink and frozen concoction catered event. But it is more than that,
it is also a frame of mind and an unsurpassed level of service that we provide.
We will cater to your every need. Our smooth operators will answer questions,
pour drinks, clean up and keep our area tidy and neat. We will set-up, clean-up,
and even let children make their own drink, under our close supervision of course.
We will happily help out with anything you need us to do, we will make alcoholic
drinks for the adults, if you provide the alcohol, and we may even tell a joke
or two. From the initial phone call, to the conclusion of your catered event,
we work for you, and our goal is to “exceed your expectations!”

That means we do all the work for you, from set-up, to serving, to cleaning
up and answering your questions. We help all ages enjoy our deliciously creamy,
all natural, gourmet frozen drinks and frozen smoothies.
Here are 3 other great reasons to use our full service, white glove, frozen

1. We set up our tiki bar, and you get made to order, custom frozen drinks and
smoothies. Our expensive Portion Blending System doesn’t just stir and
mix the smoothie, it actually incorporates the ice into the mixture, and this
is called homogenizing the drink. Think about it like the difference between
a slushy, and a milkshake. Their drink is an icy slush mixture, and our smoothies
are creamy and smooth.
2. The margarita/granita rental machines are very messy, and you have to serve
yourself, and make your own batches. Do you have any experience making batches
of mix in their machine? Careful, it is easy to mess it up. Every time you pour
a drink from a rental margarita machine, a half an ounce or more drips out.
Who will clean it up? That little bit that drips out each time, really adds
up over 50 drinks to a big mess. Will the younger children at your event be
able to pour their own without making a sticky mess? Who will help them and
clean it up? As you can see, it really takes a professional to take care of
your needs…that is why we have smooth operators at every event. We provide
our professional white glove service with all of our packages.
3. With the drop off margarita rental machines, you only get one flavor, sure
they will give you a few artificial flavors and artificial colors to squirt
into the bottom of your cup, and then you put the same base flavor on top of
it. It is not mixed at all, and not even stirred into the base. That is a big
difference from our real fruit, all natural gourmet creamy smoothies, which
have the all natural fruit, flavors and ice incorporated and homogenized together.
Believe me, there is a HUGE difference in the taste.

The Daiquiri Factory is proud to exclusively use the Vita-Mix Portion Blending
Systems to cater your event. The Portion Blending System has a large 5 gallon
hopper that automatically dispenses precise amounts of shaved ice based on weight.
The ice is then fed into the blender container and thoroughly homogenized with
our other ingredients. The ice is shaved first, so it blends much better and
quicker than any other stand alone blender.

What
are the table and electrical requirements for my Daiquiri Factory set-up?
Our frozen drink service and smoothie catering service works best with a garbage
container next to the table, and a 120-volt grounded electrical outlet, within
10 feet of the table. If we are bringing our Tiki Bar, that is all you will
need. If you would like to provide your own table, it should be a sturdy level
table, at least 6 ft long, with 2 table cloths.

Can

Absolutely! We specialize in bringing frozen drink catering and smoothie catering
to you, and love outdoor events…as long as there is some protection if
it were to rain. Our frozen concoctions and smoothies are perfect for warm outdoor

Does The Daiquiri Factory bring alcohol to my event?
We do not bring alcohol to your event. However if you provide it to us, we will
happily make alcoholic drinks for the adults. We suggest Rum and Tequila.

What does the smooth operator wear to my event?
It is completely up to you! Your smooth operator can wear the traditional Hawaiian
attire to your backyard party or informal event. We will dress in business casual
for your corporate event or school function. If you are having a theme party,
we will do our best to fit in with the theme. Sock hops, disco parties, Halloween
parties and country ho-downs are just a few of the theme parties we have dressed
for. Of course, we will be dressed formally in a tuxedo for your formal event.
A Wedding, Bar-mitzvah, Bat-mitzvah, Sweet 16, or other formal event would certainly
be a time for formal attire on our part. You let us know how you would like
us to dress and we will happily be attired that way.
